Donations

To whom it may concern,

Thank you for your inquiry for a donation from Bayside Harley-Davidson® & Ducati.  As you know, Bayside has been a Portsmouth, VA community leader for many years.  Due to this fact, we receive an enormous number of requests for donations.  To make the distribution of donations fair and to help as many charitable organizations as possible we request that you complete the attached form.  Please be as detailed as possible.

A limited amount of merchandise has been set aside for donations.  Please note that we are not able to grant all requests due to the volume of incoming applications.  Bayside Management will review these requests on a bi-weekly basis.  You will be notified if your donation request has been granted by the Bayside Marketing Department.

Monetary requests can be submitted once a year.  Monetary donations are reviewed on a quarterly basis and paid at the beginning of the following quarter.
