From 1/23/16 through 2/27/16, participants may enter the contest in 2 different ways:

• 1.-Entrants may register to win on site at Bayside Harley-Davidson®, 2211 Frederick Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23704 during the following dates and times:
  • 1.-Saturday, 1/23/16, 1pm to 6pm and Sunday 1/24/16, 10am - 4pm.
  • 2.-Saturday, 1/30/16, 9am to 6pm and Sunday 1/31/16, 10am - 4pm.
  • 3.-Saturday, 2/6/16, 9am to 6pm and Sunday 2/7/16, 10am - 4pm.
  • 4.-Saturday, 2/13/16, 9am to 6pm and Sunday 2/14/16, 10am - 4pm.
  • 5.-Saturday, 2/20/16, 9am to 6pm and Sunday 2/21/16, 10am - 4pm.
• 2.-Entrants who register to win on any of these Saturdays will be eligible to enter their name one time. Entrants who register to win on any of these Sundays will be eligible to enter their name two times. Entrants may enter on both Saturday and Sunday, which would allow them up to 3 entries for that entry period.
• 3.-20 qualifiers will be randomly chosen for each entry period on the Monday after that entry period by a Bayside Harley-Davidson® employee. That employee will give qualifier's names and information to WAFX and those qualifiers will be notified by phone by a WAFX employee. Entry periods are as follow:
  • 1.-Entry Period 1: 1/23/16 and 1/24/16: qualifiers chosen on 1/25/16.
  • 2.-Entry Period 2: 1/30/16 and 1/31/16: qualifiers chosen on 2/1/16.
  • 3.-Entry Period 3: 2/6/16 and 2/7/16: qualifiers chosen on 2/8/16.
  • 4.-Entry Period 4: 2/13/16 and 2/14/16: qualifiers chosen on 2/15/16.
  • 5.-Entry Period 5: 2/20/16 and 2/21/16: qualifiers chosen on 2/22/16.
• 4.-If an entrant is not chosen as a qualifier, he/she may enter to win again at Bayside Harley-Davidson® or on 1069thefox.com. If an entrant is chosen as a qualifier, he/she may not enter again on site or online. Entrants may only qualify to win once.
• 5.-Entrants may also register to win the contest on 1069thefox.com from 1/25/16 at 12:00am through 2/21/16 at 11:59pm. Each Monday in that time period (2/1/16, 2/8/16, 2/15/16, and 2/21/6), a WAFX staffer will randomly choose 5 entrants as qualifiers. Entrant must have entered by 11:59pm on each of the Sundays prior to the Monday drawings in order to be included in the random drawing. If an entrant is not chosen as a qualifier, his/her name will be kept in the drawings for the subsequent weeks. Therefore, entrants only need to enter once on 1069thefox.com. Qualifiers will be notified by phone by a WAFX staffer. These 5 entrants will become qualifiers and will need to be present to win at the finale event on 2/27/16 at between 4:30 and 5:00pm at Bayside Harley-Davidson®, 2211 Frederick Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Any entrant not present at the event, for any reason, may be disqualified.
• 6.-This station is conducting this contest concurrently and simultaneously with one other station in Hampton Roads. Listeners of WAFX will, therefore, be competing with listeners of one other radio station to win the same prize.
• 7.-Entrants may only become a qualifier one time. Therefore, if an entrant's name is chosen and he/she has already become a qualifier either on site or online, another entrant's name will be randomly chosen to become a qualifier.
• 8.-At the finale on 2/27/16 at Bayside Harley-Davidson®, between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, a WAFX staffer will randomly choose 5 qualifiers from all of the previous on-site and online qualifiers who will become finalists. These finalists must be present to win at the stage where the drawing is taking place. If a finalist does not identify himself/herself within 10 minutes, he/she will not be eligible to be a finalist. No additional names will be drawn to take his/her place.
• 9.-Participants may also register for a chance to become a finalist by filling out a registration form at Bayside Harley-Davidson® between 9:00am and 4:00pm on 2/27/16. Between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, the last finalist will be randomly chosen by a WAFX staffer. If that finalist does not identify himself/herself within 10 minutes, he/she will not be eligible to be a finalist. No additional names will be drawn to take his/her place.
• 10.-After all finalists have been named, a WAFX staffer will conduct a random drawing of the finalists who are present to determine the winner of the trip. The winner will be notified immediately.
